Our History

The Point East Four, as we know it today, was built in 1967 using plans and specifications developed by Frese and Comner Architects of Miami, Florida. Point East Developers, Inc was the developer and builder and four members of that group were the first Directors of Point East Four.

Their names were Leonard Schreiber, Leonard Pearl, Marcos Gesundheit and Sidney Gordon. The two Point East streets that we drive on every day were named after some of those guys.
