To be approved to purchase an unit in our Association the prospective buyer must apply for Association approval. Links below will allow for access to the following forms:

Application For Approval of Sales/Transfer of Unit Section 1, Section 2 and Section3.

Section 1 is actual application, that must be filled out and returned (preferably emailed) to the Association with required attached documentation, stipulated by the form. Section 2 is information about the Association and Point East Council and its Rules, Regulations and Procedures, that must be read in its entirety, understood and complied with upon becoming an unit owner. Affidavit of Acknowledgement in Section 1 must be signed. Please do not return Section 2 to the Association and retain it for future reference. Section3 is the interview package, containing documents, that are required to be signed, and some notarized, at the interview. They can be prefilled and brought to the interview or filled at the interview.

To be approved to become a renter in one of Association units, the prospective tenant must apply for Association approval. Links below will allow for access to the following forms: Application For Renting A Unit, Section 1 and Section 2.

Section 1 is the actual application that must be filled out and emailed back to the Association (pointeastfour@yahoo.com) with required attached documentation, stipulated by this form. 

Section 2 is information about Association and Point East Council and its Rules, Regulations and Procedures, that must be read in its entirety, understood and complied with upon the renter. Rules and Regulations Acknowledgement on page 3 of Section 1 must be signed. Please do not return Section 2 to the Association and retain it for future reference.

Please be advised that Point East Four Condominium Corporation, Inc has its own Estoppel Certificate form that meets current requirements of Florida Statutes that we prefer to provide when Certificate is ordered. 

 

Alternatively we will fill out Estoppel Certificate submitted by the requester if it contains requests for information on additional items that are not in our Own Certificate.
