Our Association

Point East Four Condominium Corporation, Inc, also referred to as Point East Four by our residents, is one of the four Condominium Associations located within Point East gated community. Our office is located at 2895 Point East Drive at the community Main office building and is open from 8:30 to 4:00 on weekdays. It consists of four 6 story buildings that are situated on Maule lake waterfront. All the buildings have Marcos Drive addresses with the following numbers and designation: Building P (at 3000), Building R (at 3010), Building S (at 3020) and Building T (at 3030). Point East Four, as well as all other Associations on the Point East property, is 55 and over community. It is self managed by the Board of Directors that consists of 5 volunteer unit owners who are elected annually to serve one year term. It has its own heated pool that can be used by the unit owners as well as their guests and members of 3 other Associations.
Point East Four has 318 units and each unit has designated open air parking spot.
All four Associations collectively own common property and facilities that are managed and maintained by 8 person Council. Two directors from each Association represent them on the Council.
Main Pool, Club House, exercise facilities, various meeting and social events rooms can be used by Point East residents only free of charge. Slips in the 9 boat Marina are available to the Point East unit owners only for a monthly fee. Slip vacancies are filled from a waiting list maintained by the Council.
